We have initiated single-cell transcriptome-based immune typing across individuals of diverse ages, genders, and health statuses, including CNS disorders, heart failure, diabetes, cancer, and healthy immune states. This comprehensive profiling maps the complexity and dynamics of the peripheral immune system, enabling disease prediction, prevention, and early diagnosis. A major goal is to identify immune signatures that can be therapeutically targeted, such as reprogramming autologous cells into specialized cells, to treat CNS diseases and other systemic conditions via peripheral immune modulation.
